Ordered 3 chafing pans with 2 needing full size pans and 1 needed half size pans so we could have 4 separate items heated. Not noticed until time of event but only got all full sized. Unorganized. And overpriced. BTW, 2 hours of Sterno way too short.

The workers are very friendly, but the business lacks organization and problem solving skills. AnneMarie is very knowledgably and prompt with answering any questions you may need to know. I had purchased a handful of linens prior to my wedding for a reasonable price. We originally had alot more on our profile to rent, but later figured out we didn't need as much. A-Z is very flexible in that aspect. My FI and I ended up renting close to $300 worth of stuff for our wedding. My FI and in law went to pick up our rental items. My FI said the workers loading up our rental items were teenagers. My in law noticed the *cord* for our rented *speaker* was missing, she had to bring it to the attention of the supervisor. That would have been extremely horrible if the speaker was put away without a proper charge, and rented out without a cord. We used the speaker for ALOT of our wedding. Due to covid and price increases we picked up from our caterer in Portland instead of them delivering and setting up. We rented some food dishes, warmers, etc from A-Z. No instructions were provided on the equipment. At the wedding I couldn't understand why our noodles were burning. I'd say we had 5lbs of noodles that fit into a large chafer dish we rented. The next morning when I went to pick up all our items left at the venue I noticed my event cleaners didn't clean out all of the food debris from the chafer dishes (especially the noodle one). I called A-Z and they told me if I couldn't get the burnt food out they'd have to charge me $280 for a new pan. So I ran around finding what I needed, scrubbed and scrubbed, stressing myself out and *eventually* got all the burnt food off the chafer dishes. Turns out the workers didn't give us the bottom pan where you put the water in to ensure food quality and to keep from *burning*. I realized this when the supervisor assisted me with returning my item, he said they were missing. Gee makes sense since I just complained to you about all my food being burnt. I was nervous he was going to charge me for them. Fortunately he asked the workers, who loaded my rental items and they in fact forgot them. I then proceeded to drill it what I went through scrubbing those pans and how my wedding food was burnt. I then asked for some kind of refund, he said he'd have to talk to the store manager. Eventually got a resolution stating they were going to refund all the chafing/food warmer/dishes, which they refunded all but approx $15 of it. Why? My DOC didn't mark my linens so they were mixed up with the rented ones, which included the ones I bought of A-Z sale rack. AnneMarie said they had to keep one of my linens since she couldn't tell if it was one I bought or rented. I later told my DH and he said she should have given one back regardless since they were so close in comparison and we planned to sell our items after the wedding. I had to call and tell them after they sorted the items I wanted my linen back. It took them roughly a month (after I had to call and check on my item) to say it was ready to be picked up. AnneMarie said she'd give me 2 weeks to pick it up or they would have to dispose of it. Well I was on my honeymoon so I inconvenienced my Bridesmaid to go get it. That didn't seem right when it was taken from me in the first place. My foodie friends/family questioned me on the burnt noodles later on, which is very embarrassing. I had high hopes of everything working out since my in laws rented back in the mid 80s when they got married.

Rented some awnings, tables, chairs for my moms celebration of life. They forgot to provide the stakes for the awnings. We ended up doing the celebration without the stakes. I informed at the drop off that they weren't with the awnings and they told me they refunded the $15. 5 days later I get a call from the manager asking me who unloaded the awnings to try to prove if I received the stakes or not. Pretty unprofessional at this point I won't be using a to z for any rentals.

Parked in their vast, empty, parking lot in order to visit the record store across the street. Stopped halfway to walk back and grab my mask only to get greeted by an irritated A to Z employee with short blonde-ish hair asking if I owned the vehicle I just parked, I responded yes. She quickly followed my yes by threatening to tow my vehicle. Mind you, I'm parked in front of the empty shop adjacent to their storefront. I explained that I did not see any tow signs to which she points out a few that are nowhere close to where I parked. I then simply apologized and parked in the road. I was never simply asked to please move or anything to be considered remotely polite. Unfortunately if I ever have a party, or am asked where to get supplies, I will not be recommending this store.

We do have varying sizes as far as helium tanks that can do larger and smaller balloon quantities. We can also fill in store. Our smaller tanks as of 12/9/20 are currently $55 which fills 30 (12in balloons) and the largest is $320 and fills 600 (12in balloons). There are varying sizes in between as well. These prices are subject to change depending on when this answer is read but these are our current price estimations.
No I'm sorry we do not.
