Great facility! Arrived 5 minutes before appointment, was already set up for a door. Office staff was great to work with, she gave clear and concise instructions and was not the least bit rude about it. If half of the cold storage warehouses i load at were this great, my god it would be an amazing world. Hats off to everyone here!

The staff is friendly, and treat you with respect. I pick up in Salem weekly,. And we used to pick up in P.A. both are the same. The company is a class act, and a model Of how. Electronic logs will work. If they can load you early they will ! If not! you will be in and out very quickly. At your appointment time.

You can show up a as early as you want but we usually have about a 2 hour lead time on orders.....so an hour or two is most effective, more than that you will just be sitting in overflow waiting for a door.
