This place has treated me so unfair, and was told that if I didn’t want to wait till February 2023 for a appointment that I could go find another Dentist and hung up on me. They need to be reported about how bad they treat people.

Never been hung up on before until now. Been searching for a new dental place since I moved to a new career. Lady that picked up said it was a children dental location when I told her I wanted to set up an appointment for a cleaning. Before I could even ask if she could give me the info on one for adults she hung up. Review for this place is spot on.. Weird how the owner responds to these reviews saying thank you for the feedback and not much has changed for the last 3 years from what I can see in the reviews.

This dentist was the worst dentist I have ever been too. Right from the get go the experience made me feel incompetent, unwelcome, unwanted, pressured, and above all made me feel like a bad parent. When going into the room with my son, the assistant was completely rude to me telling me I had to make a decision about where I wanted to take my son, either our primary one or them. I was referred to this dentist for my son to get a tooth pulled and that was why I was there. The assistant was completely unprofessional and treated me as if I was inferior to her and shouldn't be there. If that wasn't bad enough, the dentist was even worse. We had Sarah Post as our dentist. She doesn't deserve to call herself a pediatric dentist after the way she treated my son and me. I was told that she spoke Spanish and could help explain things to me about what was going on. After complementing her for speaking Spanish she said no in a rude tone and would only speak English. Sarah Post then also pressured me to choose them as my son's dentist. I would never!!!!! She then told me that she only has 15 minutes to help my son. We came in for a tooth extraction so I was confused as to why only 15 minutes was booked for my appointment. She then looked at me and in a condescending tone told me that it wasn't enough time and don't I know anything at all. She was a nightmare. NEVER take your child here!!!! They don't care about you or your child. Being treated the way I did, I was hurt and very disappointed in them and my experience.

I had a very dissapointing experience at SmileKeepers(Lancaster). This was my first time visiting this office with my son who just turned 5 years old. I was told that parents "stay out", which I responded by saying I am not comfortable with that. Neither of the two assistants introduced themselves to me, and expected me to leave my small child unattended with them. She then began arguing with me claiming that this is their policy, to which I responded that I will not leave him alone in an office we have never visited before. When I wouldn't budge, the 2nd assistant bent down to my son, trying to convince him to go in alone, telling him he could do it and didn't need me. I told her it was not up to him, that this is ME advocating for my son and vetting out a new dentist for him and to please not speak to him if she is going to encourage him to go against what I am saying. Eventually they gave in and while visibly frustrated, told me I needed to have my temperature checked, which I agreed to. During the visit, I was asked questions that 5 year old (who still has his parents help him brush his teeth) wouldn't be able to answer. I am shocked by the lack of respect the assistants have for parents of little ones, especially going as low as to ask a child to go against their parents. All of this being done without any introduction whatsoever.
