I was apprehensive about calling based on all of the bad reviews, but I had a good experience talking to Ibrahim about obtaining a visa. We will see if the process goes smoothly or not, but I thought I should give him a shout-out for his helpfulness. Maybe it going well was a fluke, but there is hope!

Worse place ever. If I could give ZERO star I would. They never pick up the calls, when they do pick up the phone they are so unprofessional and rude it’s ridiculous. That place should not be called an ambassy. I submitted my visa application in July 21 of 2022 and I never got the visa to travel. I didn’t get any updates on the status. So frustrating The online visa application system broke down had to cancel my flight still waiting on my visa.

The online visa system is not working and I need my VISA as soon as possible. I called and spoke to the reception and she only told me stupidness. I am so upset. What's the point of having a online system where there is no one to help you with it. I'm so frustrated with this.

Horrible Embassy. They don’t answer the phone. They aren’t even trying to work just collect a check. This should be reported to the better business bureau.
