I took delivery of a new F-150 Lightning today, my 4th vehicle from Skyline. From reservation and order, through build and delivery, the communication from my Skyline customer service rep has been very informative and courteous. The delivery process was an absolute breeze: No surprises whatsoever on the bottom line and Mr Jones was already incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle; one of the first few to arrive in OR. It’s a pleasure taking my business to Skyline and I will continue recommending them to friends without hesitation. BTW, Ford absolutely crushed it with this new electric truck. So many well-though-out features and cutting edge tech. My wife and I are absolutely thrilled! Thank you!

Just bought a Ford Escape plug-in hybrid. Our salesperson, Garrett, could not have made this transaction any easier. All of our paperwork work was done by the time wi got to the dealership. He was very knowledgeable about the car and the info system and got us set up before we left. The financial paperwork was very simple as well. Great experience.

Sales team is decent. Jack is the best. I have purchased several vehicles over the years and have enjoyed the sales team. If I was just rating the Sales persons, I would give them 5-stars. Unfortunately, the service department is terrible. Too many times I have had vehicles in for service and the repairs were not done in a timely manner, or the repair didn't fix the problem and worse twice now, the repair has resulted in being broken down while towing an RV resulting in the need for towing or driving at 50mph. The hourly rate for poor service is out of line. I am getting a vehicle repaired, $169.00 per hour is out of line for the results

Although Skyline is about 80 minutes away, and I could have instead chosen a dealer 10 minutes away, Skyline was highly recommended to me when I wanted to order a new truck. The staff there made the entire process, from ordering to delivery to financing (as well as taking my trade-in), as painless and enjoyable as could possibly be expected during this time when chip shortages and supply-chain breakdowns are making ordering a new vehicle a high-anxiety experience. In short, it was worth the 90-minute bus ride to pick up the truck, and I would do it again. The whole crew there was incredibly helpful, attentive, and really went out of their way to make it special. Highly recommend for your next car purchase.
