Although the Eugene Airport recently had a mobile (temporarily ) enrollment center located near the rental counter, the nearest permanent center is either in Roseburg or Portland. If demand warrants, they might set it up for a fourth time....keep checking the tsa/precheck for details.
Not sure if they have an office there, but if they do you have to go in person to make the appt.
