I recommend 2 hours prior the airline check in lines and TSA get backed up for these early departure. Especially if you plan to check luggage show up 2 hours early. If you've already checked in online, have your boarding pass and are only taking your allotted carry on items then you can arrive an hour prior.

That's really up to your preferences. I like to arrive about an hour early. If you cut it close, take note that: 1. They will not check you in if you are later than 30 minutes before your departure 2. The plane will not allow you to board if you are later than 10 minutes before your departure
At least an hour before, they begin boarding approximately 30 minutes before departure and it takes about 30 minutes to get up to the gate.
