Delta is not letting my daughter check in online. Her grandma paid for her ticket &delta is saying her elderly grandmother to go to the airport to show the credit card in order to check in. Has anyone else dealt w/ this before? Flying out of Eugene

Yes, I believe that's standard for all airlines. Had the same issue when my daughter tried to help my hubby by booking his return flight for him while he was driving. She ended up having to go into the airport with him and show identification.
