it is unacceptable that I go to the great clips in Albany and the lady’s gave us the mad look . I asked them to cut my sons hair and they were yelling at the fact that Apparently I didn’t explain them good. Then after my son was traumatized.

That's shameful. I've been there several times and have had good service each time. So I really dont know what was up stylist. Anytime I am yelled at by employees I walk out or talk to the owner.
