Whar could cause water in the bottom freezer if my whirlpool 3 door ref

The water line if you have an ice making machine could be broke or clogged. and or the defroster in your freezer could be broken or on its way out.

The drain plug is clogged. Its a black or blue plug located near the drain tray. Find your model and search YouTube, you will most likely find a video on how yo fix it yourself. Ours did the same exact thing, cleaned the plug, problem solved. Pretty easy job.
