I bought a washer and dryer from the auburn maine store and scheduled a delivery, the day of delivery we get a call that the delivery guys were having truck issues and that they wouldn't be delivering because it was after 6, they called us at 620 to tell us this. We rescheduled for today again no delivery but more excuses.

I bought a grill, scheduled them to assemble it, went to pick it up a week later and they brought out an unassembled grill in a ripped up and taped box and tried telling me I didn't get assembley even though it said so on the receipt. 2 weeks later it's assembled and ready for me to pick it up! Unfortunately I don't think I'll be able to pick it up because of work. I planned on what they told the first time and made arrangements for that! Now 3 weeks later I don't know when I'll be able to get it. I think it's thier screw up and they should deliver it free of charge! Calling tomorrow to see what they say. Stay tuned.

Great friendly, helpful staff but not enough staff! Ordered a dishwasher on line and when it arrived I went in to pick it up. They did not have enough staff to go get it and bring it out front. They did call for help but still 20 minute wait.

I worked here for a couple months place is a joke. In training they talk about how important customer service is but yet you see no one helping customers or offering assistance. I've even seen supervisors ignore customers in need of help. I've had many people thank me in my own department and other because no one offered them service. My advice if you need lumber or anything else that may require two people to lift bring someone with you to help cause chances are most workers will avoid you like the plaque.

They have pre-filled propane tanks 20 pounder's you take your old one in and pay for a refilled one

I would speak to the regular floor associate who works in the appliance section (not the one covering in the evening or during lunch, breaks, etc. Ask.) They usually know who services the products in each town, with contact info. That's what we had to do. We had to go to two different Lowe's. Both are within an hour from our home. Another person who was resourceful was the kitchen /bathroom designer. They work with outside contractors on a daily basis. At our Lowe's, (Auburn and Augusta), some of these individuals, are both employees of Lowe's, and private contractors making extras money or retired from the field. I wish you well.
The water line if you have an ice making machine could be broke or clogged. and or the defroster in your freezer could be broken or on its way out.
A business that doesn't accept cash is a problem but in this case I can understand they want security.
You can also get a tester a Harbor Freight for a few bucks that will tell you if wiring is correct.
The Auburn location is open from 6 am until 10 pm everyday except on holidays
Yes, most of their toilets on display come that way. We bought ours a couple months ago, it was an American Standard brand.
