Who do you recommend to repair a LG washer that we purchased from you 3 years ago? Even though under Maine law it should be covered under the Maine Implied Warranty. Because LG customer service is useless.

I would speak to the regular floor associate who works in the appliance section (not the one covering in the evening or during lunch, breaks, etc. Ask.) They usually know who services the products in each town, with contact info. That's what we had to do. We had to go to two different Lowe's. Both are within an hour from our home. Another person who was resourceful was the kitchen /bathroom designer. They work with outside contractors on a daily basis. At our Lowe's, (Auburn and Augusta), some of these individuals, are both employees of Lowe's, and private contractors making extras money or retired from the field. I wish you well.

Keep pushing the issue make them take care of it and if they don't .get a hold of the state, they will do everything that they can not to cover the washer that is lowes
