Yes & No Mental Health is building # 2 8am to 5pm after that go to building # 1 main building go to Emergency Room or ER in building # 1 they are 24 hours never close
The Rosenberg v.s. offers almost nothing but suffering. The few doctors they do have are the bottom ofctge barrel and no specialist. If u go to Rosenberg emetgency you may not come out alive! The Rosenberg v.a. was not rated the "worst" hospital for nothing.
No they open up at 8 am I am sure if you call they will tell you very nice people. . I qas just talking ER and General appointments
