Has anyone else been repeatedly enrolled in Choice program without asking you? I live just a couple miles from the place so it sure seems like they are gaming the Choice system by enrolling me without my permission then terminating VA providers also?

I live in Veneta, I was told I have to use the Roseburg VA (132ml r/t)because the Eugene VA (38ml r/t) can't take new vets because of staffing issues, But will only reimburse my travel to the closest VA (Eugene) HOW CAN I FIX THIS? it's not right!
