You do need to pay day of, but they use CARE credit which you might qualify for.

You can talk with them and see if you can pay half and do monthly payments.....this is something they did years ago....not too sure about now....might seek out Humane Society also....if you're low income/for stamps/disability they might have a program

Yes you do and they won't treat you decently until after they have your money in their hands.
