Yes
Parking is free. You must park inside of the dirt lot as parking on city street will get you ticketed and/or towed. Also, parking inside the preserve in non parking spots will also get you ticketed for trespassing and/or vandalism to the preserve. Get there early on the weekend as it is known to fill quickly (plus it is much cooler than the afternoon) or go around 6 pm as it is a cooler walk.
Warning do not leave anything valuable in your car. Vehicle are known to be broken into.
