Before putting your money on a trip the Landings make it easy to figure out if you may need a Passport or not. You can call them or check there schedule online. I recommend getting one no matter what, you never know what waters are biting best. It's fun to get out on the water but even funner when you're in the right place at the right time.

The trip description on their web site will tell you if a passport is required. Any trip fishing within 12 nautical miles of the shore requires a passport.
