Are you able to select water temp (ie Warm :) on the washers and select gentle cycle on the dryers? And is it okay to dry with tennis balls added? I need to wash a down sleeping bag that has pretty specific wash/dry instructions to follow. thanks :)

Yes. Simply turn the dial on the washer to select the temp you are looking for. Our Comforter setting is a warm cycle, and best for large items like sleeping bags. Dryers have a temperature button, so you can change it from High down to either Low or No-Heat, best for down. Thank you!
