Urgent Care | Kaiser Permanente Cascade Park

Why is it called Urgent Care if you have to wait 5-6 hours to be seen? Is almost as much of a wait as it is to a hospital ER, not happy at all. On top of that, the Urgent care in Vancouver, WA is open until 9pm, so I went in around 8pm and I was told I cannot be seen because they reached their capacity, I am very mad and frustrated. Why are they open until 9pm if they stop accepting people before than??? Very, very disappointed, frustrated, mad And plus, you cannot go to any other Urgent care that is not Kaiser.

I am new to Kaiser and was less than thrilled when my employer switched insurance plans. Well, my first visit with my new Kaiser plan was at the Urgent Care and the Cascade Park location in Vancouver, WA. I have to say I never write reviews but The Katherine Smith Salinas NP and her staff were absolutely amazing. I think her nurse was Rebecca.. They were so kind, went out of their way to be patient, understanding and make sure I was comfortable. I felt like I was great hands with this staff! And I would say I was a bit of a "challenge" patient to say the least! Thank you so very much Katherine and the rest of the crew. :)

A very pleasant experience. Dr.Katherine Smith Salinas was very thorough.My second trip back to Urgent Care in a little over a week. So Happy she took some blood work.

Needed a covid test and got the run around every where I went. Was told to go to Cascade Urgent Care. They totally rock. Very friendly staff super supportive and understanding. Certainly wish all the Kaiser facilities had such awesome staff. I showed up the line wasn't too long. It's so well organized it only took about 10 minutes. Thanks to all if them I am so grateful. Keep up the good job 👌👍👍
