It is not a big deal if they are scared. The staff is amazing and have dealt with this before. Just let them know and they will work with you. It is an amazing place, you will be happy you went.
They don't fill it until the dog goes in and it fills gradually around the dog with an assistant in the tank comforting the dog. They don't fill it to the point of the dog floating. Best to have them describe it.
