I'm trying to get in contact with Seattle 6th Ave to physically speak to someone about making sure we can get a loaner car while our Model 3 is being service, but all automated answers and options. Anyone have similar experience or advices?

Last time our model S was in the shop they were out of loaners, but they got a rental Model S arranged and paid for it. Took a little bit of extra time for them to come drop it off, but overall it was pretty painless.
