I love how well the service team communicated via the app to keep me informed. Also, I found it nice that I was able to pick up some new wiper blades before leaving.

Joy rides in customers 130k+ cars is NOT okay. Damaging their cars and formatting the USB drive is not OK. QUIT TAKING OUR TESLAS ON JOYRIDES at ridiculous speeds. You have been caught and are being warned. Service department needs a real shakeup. You think we don’t log these things or see them?!? The storm is about to come to you.

I had my windshield replaced here and they did an awesome job! Parese the service technician really went into technical detail of the entire service performed on my vehicle. From drop off to pick up, the vehicle service process was smooth.

Unlike any other car buying experience. Absolutely the best. Friendly, easy, and fast. Go buy a Tesla, you won't regret it! Now Tesla offers a 5 minute buying process! We love our car, sorry we waited.

In case anyone has the same issue - once you schedule service appt through the app, you can call, press 2 for service then 2 for calling about your appt. Got a human being!!
Your best bet is to contact the Tesla customer service number as they don't monitor this site. There's a chance that if there is an issue it would be covered under warranty if you still have one but you need to contact them first.
Best bet is to talk to them directly as they don't monitor this page regularly.
Last time our model S was in the shop they were out of loaners, but they got a rental Model S arranged and paid for it. Took a little bit of extra time for them to come drop it off, but overall it was pretty painless.
Definitely call the 1-800 number for Tesla support as they don't directly monitor this page regularly. If you call them though they should be able to get you squared away.
This indicator will illuminate when the passenger side airbag is disabled. This can be because you set a bag or something in the seat that doesn't meet the minimum weight requirement to activate the airbag. I believe this is is around 50 lb with most manufacturers. Other times, when this indicator isn't present, the airbags are armed. A really handy feature with Tesla cars is the ability to open the owner's manual right from the infotainment screen in the center of the dash. You can click that to access the owner's manual and search for any of the terms you have questions about. Stuff like this is pretty easy to find if you take the time to look for it.
Unlikely anyone is there on the weekend. Supercharger round the corner though and destination chargers at cribbs causeway
