How do you actually talk to someone in the store there?? They've gone to these complicated phone trees and it seems impossible to talk to someone. Anyone have an extension for someone there, or another number to call??

In case anyone has the same issue - once you schedule service appt through the app, you can call, press 2 for service then 2 for calling about your appt. Got a human being!!

I know- I hate their system - it is universal with Tesla no Mayer which service center you call...very frustrating
