Why are there always groups of people camping out in the area surrounding the building and piles of trash being left behind. It is unsanitary and unsightly !

We have a homeless issue here in Portland. If it bothers you, which is understandable then stay away or offer someone some help or pick up some trash, then there'll be less "unsightly"trash to look at.

Because those people you see are MOSTLY degenerates,people who are mentally ill & disgusting junkies. I am grateful to have a roof over my head but the day i move out of here cannot come soon enough!
