Do your vehicles have to be running the entire time your vehicles are on site? I’ve walked or driven past too many vehicles that are running for hours. Right now the truck at NE Glisan and NE 45th is just sitting there and the engine is running.

While crews are working in the road we run our trucks to have our beacons powered to alert others of the work zone and protect the crew and the public.

The trucks stay running because we need our lights on for warning the public that workers are on the road. Its for saftey reasons. Everyone wants to go home safe and alive.
