Employees are not well trained. Inconsiderate and one gal was rude. They don't adhere well to safety in smaller unregulated settings. The dispatch person was very nice. Despite the requests of the hiring business, the flagging company should advise what needs to be done to make it helpful for motorists, homeowners and other businesses.

Scary. Flaggers have no sense of communication. Driving down 198th cautiously making sure the sign isn't going to flip when the lady proceeds to signal us to continue in the other lane and then without signaling for us to stop starts telling a construction truck to back up and we were almost ran into.

Maybe it's human nature to be frustrated when being told one cannot get from point A to point B as quickly as they had hoped and easy to blame a flagger for having to wait. However, it's important for to keep in mind that traffic control flaggers want to keep things moving too, but must ensure that this happens in a safe and orderly manner. Northwest Traffic Control trains their staff to handle these complex situations while ensuring the safety of the individuals they come into contact with --which include drivers and passengers, pedestrians, the individuals who are a part of the work-zone, and the clients who have entrusted them to do this in an efficient and professional manner. The staff at Northwest Traffic Control strive to provide excellent service to their customers, which includes the balance of processing traffic not just quickly, but safely and with a positive attitude. Expect five-star service from these professionals.

PGE requested service in my neighborhood, a service I pay for. So I decided to watch them fix the power while the lights were out. I figured I'd try and find out what they were talking about with my scanner on my own property using my car as a power source. Anyways I was deemed annoying to the traffic controller. I also heard profanity on their grms radios utilizing channel 5. Since they were paid by the very people who pay PGE I find it offensive that they would use their equipment which isn't encrypted and open to the public. I was not the only one in my neighborhood being talked about. All I ask is some professionalism. Act as if you are being watched/listened to at all times. They preformed their tasks quite efficiently however.

This company charges $50.00 to take a UA ... who in there right mind thinks it fair?

Dave, if they're charging you $50.00 for doing a UA, you need to walk. All the places I've applied to over the years, have paid for it themselves. When you encounter something like that in the future, walk.

Why don't you do a pre-employment drug screening? A reliable source tells me that some have been shooting up in the port-a-potty and returning to the job site.

All employees are subject to pre-employment drug screening along with random tests.
