I have nothing but utmost respect for O' Connor Realty!! They were prompt with correspondence and apartment viewings. They were also very clear and concise with how the paperwork process works, and requisites needed. Melissa and Tim were very friendly and professional, making for a pleasant experience!!!

They advertise a bunch of places to lease then you get there and they want an application fee which is somewhat usual for alot if apartments however, something wasn't right .. there stories were inconsistent, there agent wasn't able to do the standard drive around and look at properties, and it seemed they just we're after the Non Refundable app fee .. I sensed something was wrong and just left .. I don't trust them .. to many red flags..

Don't rent from these slumlords!
Peggy, please do yourself a favor and run from them. I, as well as numerous others, can attest to their unprofessionalism and horrible ethics. This is one place you do not want to do business with, trust me. They're in the business of swindling, robbing and doing everything they can to get over on you. They are not good people. It saddens me to have to say that, however after dealing with them for many years and many properties, I can honestly say, without a shadow of a doubt, they are awful people. The owner, was fired from her previous real estate agency because she was underhanded and sneaky. The manner in which she conducts business on her own merit is no better. It does not matter what your situation, they will do anything they can to try to get over on you and steal any type of security deposit, as well as put off important matters. and lease places that should not even be deemed inhabitable.
