My mom has inherited a small elderly poodle from a gentleman who was entering a nursing home. The papers we received were for a different poodle.We know that Henry needs his shots and licensed. When would we be able to bring Henry in?

You should be able to bring him in and license him under your name. As for the vaccines there are several places that do shot clinics. Petsavers on Trent is one of them.
