When They send you the Letter for a renewal there will be a spot that you can check that says you need a tag Replacement

Just call them then can replace it
Just go to SCRAPS, and go to the counter and ask for a duplicate. There will be a $5.00 fee for another license. Or, call and pay by credit card and they will send it by mail.
Go and ask for 1 when u renew
