Planet fitness is committing fraud and laundering money. I am not the only one having this problem. There are many people who are called every month with the same “your billing info incorrect” gimmick. I’m waiting for someone to file a lawsuit.

What exactly is inappropriate of Planet Fitness for requesting correct billing info?

It has come to my attention that the sanitizer they use is toxic. On the container it says harmful to humans And can be absorbed through the skin. They ask members to wipe down machine s after use knowing it's harmful to humans. WTF when I said I was going to inform others the manager threatened to call police just for sharing of information. Bloomingdale club. I think people should call and complain and ask why their using this product.

I'm having the same issue, I canceled my account over 3 years ago, and they keep taking money out of my account. The only thing you can do is have your bank account changed. They can't charge you a late fee, cause it's not technicly a 1 year contract. It's a monthly contract. If you stop payments, any other place gets the hint. And cancels your membership. Golds gym, L.A. fitness, crunch fitness. They all do this. But not planet fitness. They just keep charging you. Even after you cancel your membership. I've done put a stop payment on my account. And if they take money. Than that is theft. I've already contacted a lawyer, and they agreed. If you put stop payment. And they take money. File a police report.

There's got to be somebody we can all contact corporate will do no good there all franchises I love going to the gym I can't even imagine how many people pay for that and hardly ever go and they still got to rip people off for money wow

They are robbing us as well canceled it last year they continued to charge us went there again in jan to cancel again and reported to the bank then they charge my account t approx 28 - 65 a month my husband goes in person to cancel they gave him verification to cancel next month.
