Are there host homes if someone wants to come from out of town to a Bethel service.

Actually a good friend of mine and her mom did that. You may call and ask the church. Also look up AirBnB. They may list some places. Just call around them to make sure they are legit.

You might find some groups but it is no secured instead go to any friend's house.

There is a Bethel Conference Housing Facebook group and also a Bethel Housing Facebook group where different host homes can be found. You'll find these groups by searching on Facebook.
