Never return urgent phone calls Basically impossible to get an appointment, even when it's a huge safety/wellbeing issue So sad !

Hill Country is experiencing some kind of computer glitch. Call the after-hours nurse line. Refused referral to a after-hours nurse because person on phone woman named starts with p insisted that the Gold Street Center did not exist and there was no doctor or nurse practitioner name Evelyn oxenford. I suggested to the young lady that if she looked online she would see that it is listed has a branch or if she would take a second put me on hold call the nurse and ask if there is a site at Gold Street. Explain the situation in 1 minute and then transfer me to the nurse. Was told no I don't need to do that it doesn't exist go to the emergency. FYI I spent 15 hours at the emergency Friday because I popped or broke a rib while vomiting with pancreatitis. Sorry for the graphics. totally incompetent answering service this person should not be working in medical at all. second took a moment and thought I could call the mental health clinic next door and big possibly they could call saying that yes there is a gold Street and please connect him to the nurse. spoke to a very cold secretary named Hooly. briefly explain my situation. Was told there is no Night Nurse there never was one it's not my job don't bother me! And she works in a mental health clinic? So now I guess I go back up to the hospital and wait 12 to 15 hours. To briefly ask if it's okay if I increase my pain meds because I'm in a great deal of pain and have not slept in 24 hours.

They offer a safe envirement and access to many resorses that can help you get you foit in the propor dirrection....the staff their are everything in the kinds of friends you would want in youre everyday life.....they help you heal have meeting for suicide prevention and na as well as others ..... They have a crisis counselor and many kind loving compassionate people from all over the world.... Hope you love it as much as i did.
