How do the leaders treat people? How do the members treat new people? Do they all clique up and not allow new people to be truly involved? Jesus wouldn't treat people that way. Does this church do that?

No, Bethel Church does not do that. All are welcome.

They are welcoming, kind and treat you like an equal. It's a blessing.

You can't really make a judgement on someone straight away, you need to get to know them first... You will have to go find out for yourself and speak to the leaders and members. Also, the mind set that you have chosen seems to be of negative consequence, therefore I would approach the church with an open mind and see for yourself how the people are as a community of believers.
