I believe it means; when he comes back he better not catch you doing anything, in the scriptures it says he would heal people on the sabbath even tho the priests would try to make him look bad for doing that, use your talents 100%, work hard, love all, forgive and worship God
It may be that He was referring to the length of a Sabbath day journey, but I do not attend Bethel and do not know a doctrinal position they hold to...if you are asking a leading question I do not care to buy into it...live free in the will of the Lord and follow the leading of the Holy Spirit and your prayers for not "fleeing on the Sabbath" will be answered
