No! .... Dogs are not allowed! on leash or otherwise ... neither is running or biking ... it is a home for birds and they take that seriously ... only people on foot where allowed in season ...
Actually, according to the website: "For pet and wildlife safety, dogs and other domestic animals are not permitted outside of vehicles anywhere on the refuge." So previous response was incorrect - dogs are not allowed on leash, they must stay inside your vehicle with you.
