We’ve had our hot tub for 2 weeks but are still waiting for our chemicals and stairs. Has anyone else had this problem? I have called them several times and they tell me that the items are on the way. This is ridiculous!!
I'm sure this store is appointment only, so other customers with TERRIBLE experiences aren't allowed to storm in the front door. Terrible service, leaky product, massive headache.
