The Dr Wellness X6 is absolutely perfect for our family, the jets are exactly where we need them to be, it’s an excellent way to start and end your day. I’m not sure how we ever lived without it. The customer service was on point, very easy to talk to and they kept us informed every step of the way. After looking around our general area for a hot tub, we came across Kathy at Aqua Living and were so thankful we did! Kathy is a great representative for the company and provided us with all the information and customer service we needed to "take the plunge"! It took a bit longer for our hot tub to get here than we first were told (but what doesn't take longer these days?!), and a small detail in an otherwise great experience. Kathy always responded quickly to our emails and phone calls. Mark was also very helpful in getting our hot tub loaded and secured in our trailer. We've had some questions regarding set up and they've been great assisting with that as well! Thank you Kathy and Mark and Aqua Living!

We’ve had our hot tub for 2 weeks but are still waiting for our chemicals and stairs. Has anyone else had this problem? I have called them several times and they tell me that the items are on the way. This is ridiculous!!
It's because it's a fly by night operation! STEAR CLEAR from this company. Our hot tub has been leaking for six months. I filed a claim, to no avail. Just had a local technician look at the tub and there are AT LEAST 3 massive leaks, 2 of which are unrepairable...w/o taking the hot back to a factory and rebuilding it. UGH. Total gut punch. Whatever you do, go elsewhere!
I would recommend contacting them directly to ask. This forum is not necessarily monitored by the establishment's owners or managers.
