It was a great experience! Got us in on time. Watched all the Covid protocol. Answered all our questions. Helped us with future things we might need to address coming in from out of state. And super friendly and kind. We appreciated the ladies help!!

Zero service attitude. People here treat you as a guard would treat inmates in a jail. I understand the monotony of the job, but friendliness, politeness and a good attitude (as with any job) could make a difference. Staff would drag their feet and take forever to assist you, as if their attitude wasn't clear enough to let you know they rather not to. Their lunch rotation. It's horrible. Not only it happens during one of the busiest time leaving only one person in the office , but employees will comeback and do anything they were supposed to take care of during the lunch hour (check their phones, use the restroom, etc) before getting back to work. It's annoying, and a complete lack of respect of people's time. Somewhere along the line, these people lost the passion for their job and rather than figuring out the reason or solution for an improvement they decided we all have to be as miserable as they are once you enter the building. Avoid this place at all cost. It is too bad certain things can not get done online and you have to come to the office and get treated like burden for these people with a lower than minimum wage attitude when I'm sure they make enough to at least put on a fake smile once they clock in for their shift.
