Does Schultz museum have EV charging station(s)?; if so are they free or pay?

Actually there are 2 EV charging stations right by the museum entrance; they are ‘Charge Point’ stations & were empty; I tried to use but was unsuccessful after being put on hold for 15 mins by their ‘help’ phone line; museum staff also not familiar with the set up.🙁
