If the dogs can run while they don't bite and water fountain if there is I hope I don't remember anymore
According to the Santa Rosa city facilities department the only parking available for Juilliard is on-street parking in the general area. Generally I find parking in the residential areas on the east side of Santa Rosa avenue (like along Tupper or Sonoma Ave) and walking over to juilliard works pretty well. But it can depend upon other constraints you may have such as handicapped
I believe the drinking fountains were eliminated due to vandalism and problems from vagrants.
