I would maybe even just go in there if you can. They get swamped with calls daily. The sooner you get an appointment the sooner you get the help u need. wait out being on hold or go in. Worth it.
Energy assistance is well worth your time..just keep calling evey monday it's not uncommon for it to take several hours...of you get pit on hold don't hang up i was on hold for 45 minutes
Keep calling over and over....usually mondays...start at 755am. Call until someone answers. If a holiday, do that process on tues morning. It will be worth your time. They allot hundreds toward your bill
Ya call I,g is a waste of time, its b.s.. You need to go to the office on 4th st. I don't know if any monies ate left but go down there and find out. They may have emergency funds left.
