Thank you for your comment George. Due to a lack of Oregon Energy Assistance (OEA) Energy is limited to the number of appointments we are able to schedule for PGE and PP customers. Our phone queue holds 13 callers so if you get through please continue to hold. The phone lines open at 8am and the schedules are filled very quickly. We receive OEA funding monthly. Energy currently has funding available for NW Natural Gas customers too which is received monthly. Thank you, T Campbell Energy Services Director

I'm disabled and dn't have a car and have to call to make an appt. In fact I got up at 7:30am and started making my call to thm at 10mins till 8am. Just keep redialing until u get through. I got an appt within a cpl of wks
Try just going there. It may help.
Usually they are about a month out on appointments.
I went in person to make an appointment. Your wasting your time on the phone.
You have to start calling on Monday at 8 am, and keep calling till you get in on the cue, I literally called 500 times in a row to get in
