Anyone else been trying for months to get ahold of them for a appointment?! I cant even get through on momdays when your suppose to be able to call and set a appointment up.

Energy Services schedules Oregon Energy Assistance appointments for Portland General Electric and Pacific Power customers every Monday for the following Tuesday through Monday. Due to limited monthly funding a minimal number of appointments are available. The phone lines are very busy and the available appointments are scheduled quickly. The que holds 13 calls, if you hear the message stay on the line until a representative answers. After the appointments are filled a waiting list is taken which is used to fill open appointments for that week. It is not necessary to have a past due account or disconnect to schedule an appointment, contact our office before your account is behind. Energy schedules appointments on a first come first serve basis.

You cant go to the office they turn you away, its ridiculous I called 450 times so far today and i cant get through
