U have to be there early in morning & early evening like 4pm but I would call first. Dinner is good 5pm I ate a few.
Normally its a hit and miss.. You do need to show up early and get yourself on the list. I believe that they open around 4:00 and with temperatures getting warmer Bed are more often available.. It's best to show up. The women's shelter doesn't fill as fast as the men's shelter, which I was told is almost always full. It's a first come first serve. Good luck.
Best thing to do is call. It also depends on if you're asking about the men's center, the women's center or for mother's and children.
You have to show up every morning around 7. Be first in line and be clean and sober.
