Generaly if they are full they do a lottery for any open spots if you otherwise you are sleeping outside
Yes they have extra beds and they bring them out when needed. Sleep tight and don't let the bed bugs bite. :-P

Only if it is freezing outside or there is a baby involved. So just check in daily first thing every morning. First come first serve. To be admitted for a stay longer than a day you will be U.A.ed. be clean. Good luck
