We assumed that St. V. Referred only decent people for tenants , e rented to St.V assuming that they did background checks and criminal history research . We found out the hard way that the contract ended abruptly without any knowledge as to why they weren't sponsored any longer we learned from the terrible tennants. These people have done nothing but cause issues and problems with all the neighbors . Then we found out what their criminal history Is . take these people to your housing . We never were made aware of any background check and this is against our renting policy . NO measure 11! someone better call me

Some staff are amazing and helpful but leadership and case management needs to change and they get rid of any and all casemanargers that actually fight for families and if you actually stick up for your family and ask why they aren't doing everything they can to help you they will exit you from all facilities they also discriminate against different cultural backgrounds such as me and my family are from the south Tennessee and Texas and very Southern and they discriminated against us because we are southern with Southern cultural differences then them their facility is dirty my daughter got a skin infection from the bathtub and was constantly sick with croup from the moment we got there every child that gets there immediately gets sick if you have a weak immune system so will you don't get me wrong if you're in a pinch and need somewhere to go fast and don't expect to get any help with housing it's great place to go elsewhere stay clear also my wife was assaulted in the facility and they did nothing about it but exit us

The most helpful and best place to come if you're ever in need. If you are homeless and have kids definitely come here! They are awesome and will do everything to help you. The staff are super supportive and you won't be embarrassed to tell them your situation cos they all are super nice and don't judge. I love this place!!!

Income, no but they do have u working towards having/get work whole there. Dhs visits, I'm not sure, I know I never got visits from them.
They wouldn't be able to tell you if he stays there, but you can definitely leave a note, and if he does, they can give it to him! Good luck!

They do not take new clients on the weekend. You will first have to show up for an intake during the week. You might want to call ahead & schedule a time so that you aren't waiting. Also, the weekend is typically reserved for those that are fully homeless, and they have a list for sign up, which I believe is mostly just to ensure they have staff etc for the weekend not to exclude anyone. I hope that helps. They truly try to help people, so I hope you found what you were looking for as I am answering this 9 months later.
Yes, but you have to have a child/children and pass a background check. It is a day center only, everyone has to leave by 5pm.
