This by far is the best diabetes and nutrition place we have. The ladies have all been so caring through covid times, my own health bumble. They always supported me.

I came here to take a physical, first I didn’t even get a call the day prior for a reminded along with anything I need to bring. Then I when I first started the physical it was going fast. Once I got to the room for the part with the doctor, she took 30 min to get to my room then had to step out to handle business. This is should have to take over 3 hrs for a physical. I don’t recommend coming here because you’ll spend your whole day waiting on a doctor,

Cascade Health has really outdone themselves with their Covid-19 vaccination clinic. Their process is so organized and efficient, that they take the worry out of finding and receiving a vaccine locally. The registration is seamless and the on-site flow feels effortless. No real wait times, very friendly people working the lines and inoculating workers from all kinds of businesses. Every step of the way was simple, clear and felt extremely safe. Thank you all for doing your part to help vaccinate our community's employees!

I received my first COVID vaccine at one of Cascade’s clinics. The clinic was well organized, all staff were friendly and helpful. The nurse who gave me my shot was kind. This was a five star experience and proof that Cascade truly cares about community health.

Cascade Health | Sep 22, 2021

Hi, and thanks for your question! There are several clinical considerations to be made when determining certification for a medical card, but in general, the medical examiner guidelines recommend that A1c is in the range of 7% - 10% are acceptable. If you have more questions about A1C and DOT medical cards, we encourage you to make an appointment to talk to a provider for more information.

Do you provide on site Covid testing?

Cascade Health | Aug 18, 2021

Hi! No, we do not offer COVID-19 testing to the general public. Our Home Health & Hospice team provide testing to current patients, but walk-in testing is not something we offer. We recommend you contact your primary care provider or visit a Nova Health urgent care if you need a COVID-19 test. Thank you for contacting us!
