I am so grateful for public use of the showers at the fairgrounds. People will say it's dirty and what not. But I pack a bathroom cleaner and a disinfectant spray in my hygiene bag and I bring paper towels. It can get drafty in the ladies room so it is also good practice to pack a light blanket and some duct tape or a means of hanging the blanket over the shower curtain. Since alot of people frequent this facility, it's hard to judge the condition they will leave it. If everyone could practice proper disposal techniques using the provided reseptical and proper use of the toilet flushing mechinisim they would not only feel better about their own cleanliness, but the cleanliness of others as well. Positivity spreads positivity

Good facility for price - with no reservations if you need full hookups you need to get in earlier in the day as they are limited. Power/Water only slots are much more available. Make sure you have adapters to step down to 20A if you need it for a 30A or 50A rig. Generators aren't allowed. Special note - the site host was great!

A great campground in a really nice setting. The grounds are very well kept and having the trees where we camped was great! Bathrooms are clean, but a bit dated. Some up keep us needed there, but there are showers and it is very reasonably priced! A quiet setting that is close to the beach. Happy we found it!

We stayed at the Jeff. Co. Fairgrounds for four months. They stated that it was a 10 day limit, but no one bothered us, as long as we paid. While it was great in the fact that it provided us with a spot for our stay in Port Townsend while we worked fun and exciting jobs in the idealistic town, it left a sour taste in our mouths. We paid the $20 a night (equating to $600) a month for 20 amp and water hook ups. There were limited full hook up sites, with sewer, for $5 more ( another $150 a month). The showers, which we were grateful to have, were dirty and poor in water temperature and quality. There were no other amenities such as internet or laundry. It was just a grassy field. No privacy. The fairgrounds is meant to be a night to night campground. Why they let us stay for months, we will never know. But there are many full time residents. We grew into a cute community. The people here were amazing. The management was almost nonexistent and they just took our money, no questions asked. We paid far too much for what we got, we now know. For anyone thinking about a stay in the fairgrounds, here's what you need to know: 1. It gets crazy busy during the Summer weekends, especially Wooden Boat Festival. 2. They raise the prices x2 during the fair and kick out all the normal residents. 3. It's a great, affordable nightly spot to stay while visiting Port Townsend. We hope to never end up at the fairgrounds again.

They close during the fair. Only listed closer except for no tents during the winter months. Rates vary, we paid $17.00 for a non hookup spot.
We do not take reservations there will be room for you.
Normally there are plenty of pull through spaces. But this weekend the campground will be pretty full so it will be tight. Can't guarantee pull through http://www.jeffcofairgrounds.com/campground
We have a campground. Full hook up- power/water/sewer for $25, power/water for $20 and tent camping for $17 all per night
You can pitch a tent and no reservation.
Yes we have stalls available and there is room for trailer parking. I stall fee is $5 per day per stall. Must clean up after. You can pay the stall fee at the campgrounds self pay station. Thank you
You can call Sue at the fairgrounds office directly.
