People had pets there yesterday even though it says no pets. So I would say yes.
Dogs were all over the place
Belmont Park is supposed to only be pet friendly for service dogs, but I have seen smaller dogs there. Dogs are not permitted at Belmont Park or Mission Beach, however, you may take your dog to dog beach for sure! 😉
