Fun place to go in San Diego, especially if you are a kid or kid at heart. Right next to Mission Beach, restaurants, bars, the iconic rollar coaster, arcade, zip lining, escape room, swimming pool, carnival games - it got it all. Parking and entrance is free so it's a great place to just wonder around too.

This is truly one of the last great original American amusement parks. No charge to get in, only to take part in the rides and attractions. In addition to the usual roller coaster, bumper cars, and midway games, there is Lazer tag, an escape room, and a zip line. The Putt Putt Golf was fun and challenging. People watching is over the top. I highly recommend a visit if you are in the area.

Free to just walk around. Great prices here on everything! Lines are not long. Lots of things to do for everyone. Even a few free attractions! Toddler, kids, teens, and adults. The beach and ocean, a park, boats walking distance if you like that. Vendors along the sidewalk for food, unique clothes, souvenirs, hats for everyone, jewelry, things for the kids, toys, and so much more! I loved it here! Can't wait to come back!

Loved being on the Boardwalk near the beach. There was a variety of rides that were thrilling enough to get the adrenaline flowing. Loved the wooden coaster that was built in 1925. Definitely worth coming back!

48in is for all rides.. 42in for some
The pool right next door is open with a really cool obstacle course in it. 12 bucks worth the smiles though..
Yes they are. I am from Louisiana and I purchased tickets online and printed out the passes prior to my trip to San Diego. We went to Belmont Park May 25th and didn't have any issues.
Yes
You DO have to wear closed toe shoes for several things. I had to buy some to go on the zip line and the Sky Ropes.
Yes there is access all around. Everything is walking g distance.
I was only at beach area but I think military discount is 10% or 15%
Yes I think you have to do it on line at belmont park.com for military discount.
There were a few rides open for little kids and then there's a thing where you go on like a huge massive jungle gym and that was open as well and the games are open today is November 8th 2020 and I was just there two weeks ago. I hope this helps
Nope! Closed! Only beach and stores open
Rides are closed. I was there on Saturday. They had the stuffed animals on the ride, thats it.
There are tickets. Then the "all day pass" is the wristband.
Free to enter. Costco had a great deal on ride bracelets. $29 for a full day of fun!
Kids under 48 dont pay but they could still go on rides but with an adult and there are like 6 to 7 rides for kids
It really depends on the experience you want. If you are planning on Beach days and minimal travel, probably look at a vacation home rental through VRBO or the Bahia resort is a great option in the Mission Bay/Beach area. If you want night life, than stay close to the gas lamp district/Seaport Village, but these are typically slightly more expensive, but nice. Pacific Beach has more options for hotels, but attracts more of a younger crowd. I don't think there's make bad options, but definitely a diversity of options.
We did no problem. No security checks or anything. Have fun!

The Big Dipper roller coaster is 6 bucks the rest average 4 to 6 if you're going to do more than three rides I recommend buying a wristband
$ 20 For Children, Adults $ 30
Not sure about pricing. We're military so we were able to get wrist bands on base for 20ea regular price might be between 30 n 40 but they are well worth it. Just for the big roller coaster alone it's 6 dollars per ride and if your kids are anything like mine they'll wanna ride over and over again
Yes, unlimited bumper cars, but not the go karts.
You guys are the best. I have been wondering fo soo long I even called them several times, no answer. Thank you so much. Appreciate you all.
Only go carts are being operated right now.

They said some of the park is open already and yes its discounts
No the rides weren't open just some of the apparel stores. I was there 3/01/2021
No But the beaches are open
U jist got set date ur gonna be there
Yes, it is open year round according to one of the people that work there.
There is no cost to enter ... You only pay for what you consume 🙌 or the games you want to upload!
Prices vary from $4 to $12 so buying an unlimited pass for the entire day is really the only way to go unless you just want to get on like two rides/attractions.
Yes there is fire pits and you can bbq, I would recommend across the street from the rollercoaster in the grass area
The website of the city of San Diego post all their up coming events.
No big lockers I saw some small could fit a backpack at best
People had pets there yesterday even though it says no pets. So I would say yes.
Tickets for rides are priced per ticket. Some rides require up to 6 tickets. The better chouce is by far the unlimited year pass for 89.00 I believe that they have N unlimited day pass for like 40.00
It goes by height not age
Yes
I believe the price for a wrist band is 45 it maybe a little less. But they do give great discounts for groups.
You can enter the park for free. You can either pay for rides individually or buy a ride pass. All ages are welcome but some rides have height restrictions.
Each time you ride the Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, it's $7 bucks. However, you could buy an unlimited ride pass for $31.
11:00 AM every day.
Free to walk around only costs of going to museums and attractions
They have tables in the grass area next to the amusement park. I'm sure you can setup there because I have before to BBQ. Good luck!
Its not available yet but they do plan to have it out soon. Was just there yesterday and asked about it. The lady said around $99.
Well, Belmont Park has a wrist band for unlimited rides. I believe the cost is $44.00, a bit pricey for a teen. You can buy individual rides if you don't want to buy the unlimited wrist band. It's well worth the trip there. They have a great roller coaster and the park is right next to the boardwalk and Pacifuc Beach and plenty of places to eat. The cost went up a bit since last year. I was just there last Monday.
Depends. Adults? Children? Rides? Food? What in particular are you asking about. The area itself is free to walk around and check things out.
Yes theres free wifi !!!😁 I went about 2 weeks near to the old cars show at the beach and had it..
Balboa Park Gate Price Price On Pass Adult $54.00 $43.20 Child (3-12) $44.00 $35.20
Yes a roller coaster and more kiddie rides and even a mini golf course.
There are multiple rides for kids and adults :)
The main ride is the Giant Dipper Coaster, but there are other thrill rides (Control Freak, Vertical Drop, Tilt-a-Whirl, Octotron, Crazy Submarine) and some rides for small children (Speedway, Belmont Express, Liberty Carousel).
Call Hamel's at mission beach they could help or point you in the right direction
Across the street the best time to arrive is at noon or early in the morning
Yes
Anything
You can get in and walk around for free. The rides require tickets which can be purchased in different packages. The arcade and stores are separate 😊 We got by with 50$ for a family of 3 - kids tickets allow a free adult to ride with them
